Saltscape Animate! teamed up with Marshall’s Arm Community Group to write and perform folk songs with musical accompaniment provided by Vicky and Ste, two members of the band ‘The Mono LPs’.
The group have been meeting for the past three weeks to sing, write and create their own folk songs inspired by Marshall’s Arm Nature Reserve. A public performance held last Tuesday (10th) at Anderton Place allowed the participants to showcase all their hard work to friends and family.
This excellent collaboration has embraced creativity and local heritage.
